Beware of this seller, product is what it is. However it’s managed by an outside entity. I cannot change settings. I took many screen shots that I can provide. I tried many times to fully erase however it’s built in and cannot be erased as a normal persons computer. I am sending back for a full refund. Who in their right mind sells managed devices to the public ?

this is just bad for almost 600 dollars this computer is bad the keyboard is demeged they can get a new one for 40 dollars the battery has problem if you are looking for a computer save you money and buy a new one from apple because in my opinion I just lost 540 dollars and to the people that sold me this you all should be ashamed of what you sold to me and the crevices had dust on the to the point the my Q tips came out black
