I was a little reluctant to by a “used” computer, I was persuaded by the price and the fact this one was marked “Premium.” Turned out to be a good call. It is super! In fact, although it is a 2022 model, I think it is actually new. It came well packaged and clean. Everything works like it is brand new.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with buying a refurbished product. When I unboxed my MacBook Air I was shocked to see how flawless it was. Not a single ding, dent, blemish, or anything on this thing. Very impressed so far!

Nowadays laptops are getting so powerful and efficient that it isn’t as important to get the newest one. I’m just using this for my work as a real estate agent so all I need is for it to be light, slim, and get great battery life, which it absolutely does. I was a bit nervous to get a refurbished one, but after half a year it has been flawless, works perfectly and LOOKS brand new. I ran a battery test on it and it has almost no degradation and for my uses of it, the battery lasts anywhere from all day to 3-4 days. Absolutely incredible from a used laptop from a few years ago.

I can’t believe how flawless this laptop is. I kind of expected to have some sort of issue or flaws (at least minor) and have run across nothing of the sort. The body of the computer is undamaged, and it performs beautifully. There’s plenty of storage, it’s fast and efficient, easy to use, and 100% worth the cost! I know it’s a lot of money to spend on a refurbished product, but this is the second time we have purchased a refurbished Mac in the last 10 years and have been thrilled with the purchase both times. I’m even trying to convince my mom to go this route when her current laptop finally dies. Overall we have been really happy with this laptop, and the 1 year warranty makes it even more worth it!

I opened the product and the laptop itself seems fine, but I was sent a charger that doesn’t work, and Amazon support is unable to help and claims they “don’t carry parts.” Cannot send me a new charger or even provide a refund or gift card in the amount of a new charger. My only option would be to send the whole laptop back, wait weeks for a refund, and then try to re-order and hope all the parts actually worked. Or they said I can try calling Apple, but Apple will not guarantee warranty on any refurbished product, so that would be a dead end. At this point I already started importing my info over to the new laptop, and cannot return it. I will just buy my own charger, but this has been very frustrating and honestly not worth the couple $$ you save with refurbished. I would recommend just buying new from Apple.

I was veryyy skeptical about buying this because of the price. But for being a (refurbished premium) item it’s all i want/need it to be!! I’ve been using it all day so far and I had charged it all the way and it’s only dropped down to 80%!! No scratches at all! Keyboard had no scratches either 🙂 Looks almost brand new! I wouldn’t know the difference if someone told me this Macbook was used or brand new. I HIGHlY recommend buying the Macbook :)))
