The product works perfectly but I had ordered a wireless case not the charging case and then the travel here it was fast. But I didn’t like how it was delivered to me when I open the box my AirPods case and all was out the box it wasn’t properly hand to me and like I said for the case I had ask for a wireless charging case not the one that I have to charge.

Thought I was getting AirPods that were supposed to be in good working condition. Upon receiving I went to use the right AirPod and discovered the battery was not good and once in use it would die, horrible but long story short 3rd party seller made my return the worst and now I have to keep these AirPods and lose the money so stay away

i get that these are renewed but the mic sucks on the right pod and the left one dies really fast probably because the previous owner used it a lot more than the right one due to the crappy mic lol. i got these a long time ago but i have since switch to beats (which is owned by apple, much better) get some beats!!!

I ordered and got an issue with the battery not lasting and it was handled right away and they fixed it. Sound and quality was exactly the same as if it was straight from the store. I only had issue with one side that didn’t last as long.
