    I found the refurbished iPhone to be cosmetically flawless, everything functioned and their description accurate. The battery health was my only disappointment at just 80% but that is the companies guarantee, that your battery will be 80% and it was exactly that. If you need more than an 80% battery I would contact them before you buy, other than that I was very pleased. A completely refurbished car with an old battery still runs and looks great, but the battery will just need replaced sooner.

    Whenever I buy previously used devices, I wait a bit before leaving a review. But I can’t even wait for this one! I am so pleased.

    I placed my order July 4th and got the phone just 4 days later. They shipped FAST!

    I ordered RENEWED (not Renewed PREMIUM) and I was second guessing myself while awaiting delivery. I worried about the battery health. I was so pleasantly surprised when I checked and saw that it was at 88% health. That is not bad at all. I am more than glad to have the battery replaced eventually when needed considering I saved hundreds of dollars buying a previously used phone AND also sold my old iPhone 8 Plus on eBay. It’s only $89 for Apple to replace the battery which is, to me, a good deal considering how many years they last.

    I’m not bothering to share any photos of the phone itself because there are plenty of those in other reviews here. The phone is virtually flawless. A few very minor scratches around the edges, but I don’t care about that. It’s covered by the Otterbox case I have it in.

    Another note is that it was delivered with a tempered glass screen protector already installed. I replaced it with a new one, but it just goes to show they think of everything. They could have removed it but it was a little extra protection while it was in transit.

    I’ve been doing my best (and will continue) to try every single feature of the phone before the warranty is up to make sure I don’t have any surprises down the road, but I am confident this is going to be my ‘new’ baby for the next 3 to 4 years. That’s about how long I keep a phone before upgrading. I honestly would have kept my old iPhone 8 Plus if not for the fact that I couldn’t get iOS 17 on it and I loved the new features of the operating system upgrade. I also wanted a better camera. The sound quality is excellent. the touch screen is completely responsive and I LOVE the beautiful blue color.

    I implore you to take a chance on renewed/refurbished devices. I have been buying ‘like new’ devices for decades now and I am rarely disappointed. Any minor aggravations I’ve encountered have been generously offset by the money I’ve saved. I always stay a few models behind the newest to get the most savings.

    Oh! One more thing. If you Google it, many complain of how long it takes the iPhone 12 models to charge. I had the same complaint initially but I just stopped using my convenient bedside USB hub and started using the Anker 60W PIQ wall charger I keep in my living room. That DRAMATICALLY decreased the time it takes to charge. I bought a super long cord here on Amazon so I can charge from a distance and that’s all it took. The Anker 60W PIQ charger (also here on Amazon) is lightning fast compared to standard chargers.

    The phone arrived at my home with a few tiny nicks and scratches, but other than that it was in good condition and seemed to be working properly. I was even more excited to use it when the setup and data transfer from my previous phone went totally smoothly.

    However, when I tried installing my SIM card I found out that the phone was carrier locked, which should not have happened because I ordered the carrier unlocked option. I was able to get the issue fixed, but because the phone came to me carrier locked in the first place, I’m rather unsteady about what other issues may be present.

    I ordered this same exact phone refurbished from Apple themselves and it came to me in better cosmetic condition, was carrier unlocked right out the gate, and even the battery was in slightly better health. With all that in mind, I don’t feel very compelled to continue using this one and will be returning it in favor of the one I got from the first party.

    The iPhone 12 Pro I received is clearly brand new. And the battery tests apps I ran on it indicated the battery is in perfect health. The unit seems to have come preprogrammed to say 85% max under health which was odd. It is clearly better than that. Phone works perfectly. A new iPhone for the cost of a refurb. I did buy the excellent condition version.

    The media could not be loaded.

     I bought the renewed version, and I was quite skeptical at first, but when the phone arrived as you can tell it’s pretty perfect. No scuffs, no cracks, no scratches, Face ID works, the phone is 100% unlocked, front and back camera also works, came with charger which works as well. The phone honestly looks brand new and it works like a charm so far. I highly recommend! Don’t be scared to just get renewed, it doesn’t have to be premium to look brand new!

    My new phone arrived today. I already transferred my date from my other phone and everything is great and smooth. Looks like brand new just a little tiny scratch at the bottom that’s not noticeable. The phone came with the apple box which surprised me lol. I was also praying to have at least a 90% battery health but I have a 88%. I hope it will last cause I don’t like to upgrade phone every time.

    The Phone works great. I pleased because I previously bought one from another seller had to return it the very same day. And waited for refund to buy this one I was skeptical to buy this one but I am happy I did.

    Got the excellent refurbished iPhone 12 max and condition is great; we had a little issue with delivery but everything works out on the end; will recommend. But make sure you buy excellent condition nothing more nothing less

    -Battery health came at 89% ( I hoped for better but advertised is 80%+ so no issues)
    -Almost flawless on the cosmetic side, there were 2 minor scrapes on the side of the camera bump (no problem whatsoever with the lenses so its fine) other than that i couldnt find a single scratch or fingerpint, even the charging port was cleaned.
    -Face ID worked no issues.
    -iPhone came unlocked as expected and I was able to set it up outside of the US.
    -True tone never worked and the screen had a slight yellow tint but its something you can live with it.
