I was attracted to the simplicity of this camera. I used it while snorkeling in the Cayman Islands and it performed well. I was interested in the WiFi option for transferring pics to my phone or laptop, but after reading the instructions decided it was too complex to bother with

Hi, After using a few outdoor i noticed that the camera can’t capture the outdoor and very white. Can’t see clearly the image. May I know how to fix it if any know?
    Thank you.

I researched about many water proof cameras before I purchased it. I tested the camera in the swimming pool and this camera does take videos & photos better than we expected. Very happy, thank you very much!

Nice, small waterproof digital camera. Good potential for a low cost camera.
One problem-micro SD card not included. Several options for customers to buy along with camera, including a 64 gb card, which camera does not support. Had to return 64 gb card and purchase a 32 gb card instead.
Second, need to go to Kodak Propix website to find a manuel for this model. Camera is too complicated to understand and use without it; more than the supplied quick start guide.

The cameras themselves are very nice and sturdy. He even dropped the camera and it was good. I got these for my 11 yo grandson to take pictures on vacation. He took about 400 photos on his sd card and there was no problem. The problem came in when we viewed the pictures. They were really blurry. I understand that he is not a photographer and probably needed to hold the camera more still, but we were not happy with the quality of the photos. I had taken a few photos and so did his dad. They still didn’t turn out real clear. There were a few very nice ones, but all in all, we were not happy with the quality. He took some pictures on a disposable and they were better.

I have shot professionally for over 40 years. A myriad of cameras, formats and was into digital from the get go in the 90’s. This camera works VERY well for what it is-small, waterproof, rugged and simple. It takes good pictures-yes good pictures. Go ahead and compare to iPhone 15-now compare it after you threw it into the back of your SUV or had in your pocket (yes pocket) as you fell into a small creek while hiking. Or if you just want something to use that is not $$$-$$$$.

A picture this camera takes many times will be one that one may not want to take anything else out to capture the image.

So yes it works. I also like red and I also like just picking something up that just works. Well done to Kodak and yes I know that this is not really Koday but that is for someone else to comment on.

Ruined my cruise vacations, couldn’t take any photos, for the first time i put it on the water, the camera flickers and got damage. All was seal and looks good, but it drowns. Not good at all.

We bought this our 11 year old to take when he was at science school for a whole week. It was super easy to use and love the WiFi comparability. He uses it now for all his adventures. Very durable. He dropped it a few time and didn’t crack or break.

Used this for a snorkel and parasailing trip to Bahamas. While the display was a little hard to see at times underwater, the pictures both underwater and above water came out clear, with very good detail. Zoom worked very well too. The unit was water tight and no issues with it being fully submerged for a few hours, and battery lasted fine for the whole day. I would definitely recommend this camera!

I had been shooting with a Sony RX 100 but people kept dropping it including myself and there goes $1200. So I decided I needed a camera that was built to be unbreakable and in addition waterproof this Kodak camera has blown me away at how simple it is yet the image quality is fantastic, it looks as good as cameras five times its price. The flash by the way is better than my old Sony The menu is simple enough that I did not even have to consult the instructions, so yes I would totally recommend this camera.
