Comfortable to wear. Some nice features. Control buttons difficult to use when wearing. Sound reproduction is excellent for music and soundtracks. I found using it for Zoom, Teams, etc., is not as successful. Charges fast and lasts a long time. App is good. Overall a nice product.

These work great! Sound quality is awesome. Noise canceling works great. They’re light and comfortable. Functionally for everyday use – they are not realistic. The battery doesn’t last long. You need to turn it off/on for each call. It doesn’t sync with teams. There’s no nice stand and you need to plug it in after every call.

FYI the description mentions the “Zone Wireless Plus USB-C adapter” for some reason – this is NOT included, there is no adapter, dongle, anything. Just USB-C for charging. Fully bluetooth dependent for communication.
This seems like a nice lightweight, comfortable headset. Not the full over-the ear that most are, so it’s lighter, cooler. Paired right away, great for basic communications, music sounds fair, don’t expect a ton of course.

“Amazon’s Choice” products have yet to fail me. Always reliable product that does exactly what you need with a good price. I was expecting it to be standard basic headphones, I didn’t need anything fancy as this is for work, just taking calls. I really just needed it to be easy to use with any device, have good noise-cancelling mic so people can hear me even in noisy areas and be somewhat comfortable since I would be wearing this for long hours during a day. It did all that. The Bluetooth makes it super easy to work with any device that has the Bluetooth tech,(nowadays it’s hard to find one that doesn’t). The mic seems to work well, people can hear me quite clearly. I’ve been wearing it all day and my ears don’t hurt (yet). I also love how the mic is muted when you flip it up. That makes the headset really easy to work with. No more accidental muting or unmuting. And the surprising thing is how good the sound is. There’s actually good enough base and overall quality that listening to music is quite enjoyable too. Obviously it can’t compare to the headphones made for music or gaming in that regards, but that was not the expectation. For a reasonably-priced office work headset I think this really is great. The only setback is that it doesn’t look great. It looks like two little door knobs on your ears when you’re earing it. But hey, this is not a fashion piece.

I have a wired set so I decided to try the Bluetooth one. When I received the headset, it wasn’t even in packaging. Just in a plastic ziploc type bag, no instructions. When I connect it to my computer, it constantly disconnects, or is static-y, fuzzy robotic sound. I troubleshooted but without an actual manual, I was having to look for one online. Returning because I feel like I was sent a defective headset that had already been used / returned, hence the no packaging or manual!

The wireless headset is available in various colors, and I opted for the black model. One of its notable features is the ability to use and charge the headset simultaneously, which is quite convenient. However, I have encountered an issue: after approximately 15 to 20 minutes of inactivity, the headset automatically enters battery-saving mode and powers down. This necessitates pressing the power button to reactivate it, which can be cumbersome. Upon restarting, the applications that default to the headset, such as Microsoft Teams or Cisco, must be reselected, as they revert to other audio options.
On a positive note, the battery life is impressive, and the padding is quite comfortable. However, while the headband feels sturdy, it is susceptible to breakage if handled carelessly or bent excessively. I advise against pulling the headset apart too forcefully, as this could compromise the integrity of the band.

I purchased these for office use. Connects 2 devices at once which is very convenient. Works seamlessly together. Sound quality is decent. Battery lasts all day.

Amazing sound and mic quality for a very reasonable price.
Comfortable as well for long calls and meetings.

Range/Distance is much better and farther than other expensive brands/models I’ve tried. The clarity is perfect. Sound from both ends is clear with exceptional noise canceling. The earpieces fit very securely over your ears; it can cause a muffled sound when you hear yourself speaking, but you can easily adjust to find that perfect fit for you. I love this headset, and I definitely recommend!

I’ve had these for about a month or so now and they’re alright.
Pros: They’re really comfortable for all day wear, the sound quality is decent, and battery life is pretty good.
Cons: USB C on BOTH ends of the charging cable, so make sure you have the right charging block. The mic quality is just okay. I’ve had several people tell me it’s a little too quiet unless I’m raising my voice to almost a yell. It will shut itself off if there’s no sound coming out of it after a little while, which is inconvenient for me as I use it for work intercom notifications. I solved this by having some light beats play really low on youtube all day long. The mic will randomly stop working without reason. I have to end the call I’m on, restart the headphones, and then have the person call me again.
