I am a regular (sometimes excessive) Amazon buyer. I do my best to avoid third-party vendors. They deliver slower, stating different deliveries, and are usually late. Buy this time, on Amazon, I was sold a NEW Computer Desktop that wasn’t new. I had problems transferring. I went to my computer shop, and they fixed it. Then the keyboard and mouse didn’t work, and it worked on my other computers. I called Dell, and it took me 10 minutes to get someone on the phone in BFEgypt. Three people later, I was told it was an old computer with no warranty. I was more than upset. I already had an additional $187 for transferring from my old computer, which was too much for what I paid. Be careful ordering computers online. Not always new. Very disappointed.

Get ready for MS Windows 11 software glitches. Every once in awhile we have to reboot the PC to get the audio to switch back from the monitor to the headphones. the new Windows 11 will take time to find your way around. You will need to have or create an active Microsoft Account to use windows 11. We have a 1 yr family plan and only two of us use it. It is not cheap. Do not uninstall your old windows 10 on other PC’s
because you may regret it. Installing the new software will automatically delete the old system setup and
you stand to lose files and data in the process. It is also not cheap.
