Wont charge, port is broken and wont connect and charge. Very obvious, how did this ship in excellent condition?
Also was not properly cleaned. Dirty grime on edges.

I was a bit nervous ordering such an expensive refurb device but so far, so good. It arrived in a white box with bubble wrap and was well-protected. Mine was very close to excellent condition, as advertised. There was a smudge mark on the top of the device but everything else was defect-free. I knew I wanted to immediately install Windows 11 on this and wasn’t sure if I should install Windows 10 first or start clean or what. When I started it up, it was already factory reset to Windows 10 and when I went through the install process, I was eventually offered a free upgrade to Windows 11. So I installed it through Windows Update and it has been trouble-free.
While not the best price out there on these, it was a decent price for what I felt I was getting. I ordered the Microsoft keyboard refurb at a discount as well. This is a great device that is lightweight and perfect for my needs.

Honestly, I was trying to buy a Surface on eBay, and the ones that arrived were totally different tablets than the advertised ones. They usually arrived broken because they were shipped via USPS. I saw this one and thought it was a little more expensive, so I went for it. It is in store-bought condition. There were very tiny scratches (If they could be identified as that) that I found only because I was using a magnifying lamp to put on the screen protector, and with it on, they were unnoticeable. It is a five year old model as well, so there were some expectations of wear, but this surpassed all of these. The shipment was fast; I could track it, the packaging was perfect, and there were No problems with the operating services, and it is fast. Again, Well past my expectations and worth the extra investment.

was not erased properly so it did not work when i received it, had to take it in to get it serviced and erased the right way before i could use it so i ended up spending more money in the end. physically in great condition though.

Received mine today. No apparent blemishes or scrapes. Looks new. Only issue I had was it was already setup which I wasn’t happy with so I reset the device. Will update this if I have any issues.
