DONT BUY THESE COMPUTERS. I hardly ever leave bad reviews but this was such a waste of my money and time so I’m hoping to save you the headache. My computer was literally overheating the second it turned out. It wouldn’t load anything, not even FaceTime. I tried to download adobe and after it trying for an entire day, it still never downloaded. I called Apple support, and when they had me run a diagnostic, it came up with errors. I know these are refurbished machines, but they should at least show up in working order and I couldn’t even make it a few days. It took the first 3 just to update it to Mojave and try to login to google and whatnot. It ran SO SLOWLY. Save yourself the hassle and buy from a different company.

Aside from the minor scratches (that I literally only noticed because I was doing an inspection) the device is definitely worth more than the price “so far”. I had absolutely no issues setting it up and decided to perform an update, hopefully after the update things still run greatly! I’m seriously shocked considering I didn’t even pay $300 for this but I’m also very happy. I’ll perform another updating in about 30 days!

I bought this because I wanted a gaming computer so I bought it and set it up and it was a little confusing at first but I did managed to get the hang of it ! Definitely worth the money.

Old Mac packed in and renewed was an upgrade for us and much better value than buying new. Mac was as described and looks as good as new.

The only negative was the back of the computer was scratched up but everything else works beautifully shook happy It for my baby girl! The computer did come with a keyboard and mouse so happy about that! Win win!

Well packaged. Arrived in good condition. Looks new. Included corded keyboard and mouse. Needed to upgrade OS (to Big Sur). Seems to function properly. Only issue is that can’t get “Hey Siri” voice activation to work. Can use Siri with keyboard command. Microphone and speakers work great so clearly an issue with the OS upgrade I did, no fault of seller. Would buy from this seller again.
Update: 2014 model too old for “Hey, Siri.” Easy to work-a-round. Enable speech-to-text. Say command “Open Siri”. Will then follow other commands but you will have a microphone icon open on your desktop.

The product is as advertised and in excellent condition. It’s a little slow on setting up, but I expect that from a 2014 system. Had to contact the company with a question, and they had a detailed answer within 24 hours. Even being an 8 year old system, it works great and the cost wasn’t bad!
