Phone is in great condition, however after two weeks, phone would randomly restart between 40-50% charged and when it came back on, it would be at 10%. I have no way of knowing what the charge capacity is at because it’s a replacement battery. Now I have to spend almost $200 to replace a battery i thought was working as advertised.

Upgrading to iPhone 13 Pro Max which is the latest iphone that can take an actual sim card. It’s about the same/bigger physical size as my old iPhone 8 Plus (with a case on the 8 Plus) — and so holding the new iPhone 13 Pro Max is like same in the hand for me — but with the better iPhone 13 Pro Max. Easy to transfer apps & settings & data etc to the new iPhone. Bought this “Renewed” iPhone as “Refurbished – Excellent” from amazon marketplace seller MOBILESUPPLY whose 99% positive rating gave me the confidence that the condition of this iPhone 13 Pro Max would indeed be excellent & be like almost new. (NOTE: you have to dig into the amazon listing for this iphone to scrutinize all the sellers selling via this amazon iphone listing.) Anyways received in two days via fed-ex and got this beautiful iPhone that looked very much almost like new. According to the iphone’s settings app, battery maximum capacity was 87% which is still good — also connecting to the 3UTOOLS utility on my computer says battery actual capacity is 3727mAh (down from the original design capacity of 4325mAh) with an accumulated 694 re-charge cycles — and therefore I’ll have to eventually look into getting the battery replaced. There was a warning notice alert in the settings app which (incorrectly?) said unable to determine if the camera is a genuine Apple part — ALTHOUGH the camera works fine and the 3UTOOL’s verification report says the cameras check out as normal — therefore I’m taking that warning alert as incorrect — anyways many other users in various apple forums have been complaining about getting this incorrect message after updating to iOS 17.x.x despite never replacing any parts in their iphones — fortunately this incorrect notice alert is suppose to go away after 15 days. So the camera checks out as genuine according to 3UTOOLS and the camera works fine. Playing music & video are great — turn up the sound and it is loud. And calls & texts work great also. My regular apps all seem to also work fine. So I am Very Happy with this iPhone. Thanks AMAZON & MOBILESUPPLY.
P.S. Discovered & finally noticed this iPhone 13 Pro Max has a tempered glass screen protector on it. That’s a nice bonus. Yes Very Happy with this iPhone.

The quality of this phone was actually pertty good. Performs is great as well haven’t had any issues and has good battery life.

The phone arrived in excellent condition as advertised. The phone works very well and it was unlocked. It had a little weird battery smell, but that faded away. My daughter however, broke the back on the SECOND DAY of having the phone. But I would definitely buy from them again.

So far, I am in love with this phone. It is in perfect condition, even though it says renewed. I don’t believe it has ever been used. The set up was so easy and automatically updated from my other iPhone after a simple scan. Getting it activated through my carrier was very easy via an esim card.

Bought this product to use the Sim card for abroad use, was expecting a lower quality but it does better than expected. Additionally, picture quality is good and recording audio is also good. What you would expect for a renewed phone. Screen is not as reflective as iphone and the photo app does come slightly very very slightly grainy. Airdrop photo and it’s good to go though. Worth it 😛
– packaging wasn’t as bulky whether that’s good or bad to some.
– charging is decent and battery life is good.

El teléfono llegó en condiciones excelentes en cuestión de estética, el único detalle se aprecia en foto en la parte derecha del teléfono y en la parte superior por el marco se ven unas pequeñas manchas en el acero. Fuera de eso el teléfono se ve súper cuidado en la parte trasera y frontal sin rayones. En cuestión de batería, tiene el 87%, por el tiempo en el que ha salido el teléfono puede entenderse, sin embargo, tiene buena duración de batería. Muy recomendado el teléfono, excelente calidad de materiales y pantalla.

You guys need to let us know the battery health in the description too, so persons can know what they are buying. Battery Life at 83% is not good, this is a waste of money. I am not happy.

Was nervous and wasn’t sure about ordering any refurbished iPhones outside of Apple’s website.
Went back and forth before deciding to buy it. Quantity and selection is relatively limited as well as pricing.
It was a decent price, very similar to what you find on Apple’s website for refurbished iPhones.
The item came was shipped with 3 day delivery but came 1 day earlier! 🙂
Signed and opened the package for inspection somewhat nervously.
Was surprised to find that the iPhone 13 Pro Max was in relatively pristine condition.
No scratches to the screen, to the back or to the side. One of the camera lenses had a slight scratch on the outer rim but doesn’t affect performance (see picture).
Battery capacity was at 96%, which was good, but fell to 95% after charging.
It’s Unlocked as noted… ‘Carrier Lock… No SIM restrictions’. 🙂
Also included was a short lightning cable and a generic 5W charger, which the latter was useless.
The entire phone and box had a slight cigarette smell. Wipe down the phone with soap and water then dry with a microfiber cloth. It still has a slight smell but at least it’s been cleaned.
What was Missing was the SIM removal tool!
Luckily, I had a spare SIM removal tool available.
Had to restore and reset the iPhone twice before the clean iOS took effect.
It originally included iOS 15.6 which I was hoping to keep and try to update to 15.7.1 but Apple stopped that update and is now forcing newer devices to update to iOS 16.x, currently 16.2!
After that, used iTunes for Windows to copy over all the media files to the 13 PM since the restore/reset function literally wipes the iPhone clean.
Finally, got lucky and found a Speck clear case on clearance along with a glass screen protector, both at discounted prices, at a nearby Walmart! 😉
Currently it’s working fine.
May update the review if anything else changes.
