Bought this laptop in November from day 1 has not worked right but i was like oh well i bought it 3rd party. Yesterday took it to geek squad and they informed me that GPU is in there but damaged hardware and basically need a new motherboard which would cost the price of computer. Dont buy this

Una semana con este computador y me siento muy bien. Es todo lo que uno necesita en una laptop, yo soy diseñador gráfico y uso software s que requieren bastante desempeño, toda la suite de Adobe, 3d max y maya y de vez en cuando me gusta jugar Call of duty, Este laptop Lidia con todo eso sin problema.
Lo unico que Pienso pudiera mejorar es el ruido de los disipadores, no es un gran problema pero azus puede hacerlo mejor.

I loved the computer until a couple weeks ago. I bought it ten months ago (again a reason not to write a review right away). Now the computer will not power on at all and the manufacturer warranty is voided because of all of the work done on it. That and the fact it is actually an A15 nstead of an F15 as advertised. Resets and new power sources have bees ineffective at fixing the problem so even though it’s a year old it’s going to be an expensive fix.

The laptop works greats. I wish that it came with a manual so I would be able to know how to get the lighted keyboard to stay 1 color instead of cycling through them all. The only problem I had was with UPS. It was supposed to be delivered 2/26/2021 but UPS held it until 3/1/2021, so it sat at their place in Buffalo, NY for 3 days. I lost 3 days of work because I was supposed to sign for the laptop but they left it on my doorstep and left without getting the required signature.
