I’ve been using the Corsair liquid cooler for my computer for a few months now, and it’s been fantastic. The fan operates quietly, which is a big plus for me, and it effectively keeps my CPU cooled even during intensive tasks. Compared to a previous MSI cooler I owned, I find the Corsair cooler to be superior in terms of performance and longevity. The RGB lighting adds a stylish touch to my setup, enhancing the overall aesthetic. I highly recommend this cooler for anyone looking for reliable and efficient CPU cooling!

Great CPU cooler took me a while to figure out where each plug goes where the instructions are not the greatest

We had to replace our old fan, as it was on its last legs. Was screaming at us, and even when the computer was just on, not being used, it was having issues.
Very nice item. Computer isn’t overheating anymore, and it’s extremely quiet.
The only thing I will say, that isn’t mentioned, is that your computer needs to be able to auto run the RGB on it, otherwise you’ll need a remote of some sort to turn it on. Not an issue for us, as we ordered it to replace our old one, not really for the RGB (though that would be nice, we’ll just get a remote of some kind later). But if you’re ordering yours for the RGB, unless you’re computer is newer (I think my motherboard is from 2018/2019 at the newest), it’s not going to automatically run the RGB on it.
Overall good value, fits well, screws in easily, just should have mentioned the RGB doesn’t run on older systems.
Best part is it comes all ready to go, so no coolant or any kind is needed, just pop it in and it’s ready to go!

I used this cooler in a compact M-ATX Case and it works perfectly pair it up with a BeQuiet fan and its just perfect, amazing thermals and quiet only thing that was a bit tricky was figuring out how the brackets work which ended up being these clip in type brackets, no need to unscrew anything

This H100X doesnt support iCUE out of the box, which means you can’t see your pump health status. I can’t stress how important it is to be able to see your pump health (internal fan spinning/pump working at least). When you run a big old traditional CPU fan/heatsink, you can at least see visually if the fan is spinning when your CPU might be getting hot, and you can typically catch that issue before you have a PC meltdown. With an all in one water-cooling system (AIO) like this Corsair H100X, you have no idea if the water pump has failed, that is until your system is overheating and you sit there scratching your head and guessing if the water pump has failed. Sure, you can see the fans on the radiator if they stop working, but you can’t see what’s going on with the pump health. I haven’t had to buy a new AIO for 5 years and I assuming they all had a USB connection to view the pump health status….nope. Horrible waste of my time and money installing this H100X without a pump monitor on it.
Yes, while the Amazon ad states the following:
Enable advanced control with CORSAIR iCUE software for system monitoring and synchronized lighting with your iCUE ecosystem (requires a CORSAIR iCUE lighting controller, sold separately).
I thought that I only needed an iCUE lighting controller if I cared about customizing lights. The product page shows images of iCUE Software logos and I assumed (wrongly) that Corsair wouldn’t sell a pump without a pump health monitor capability. Shame on Corsair for selling ANY AIO model without a pump monitor built-in. Now I see why this H100X was so cheap. Apparently the “i” at the end of the model name (like H100i) means it supports iCUE.
As an IT Engineer working in both infrastructure and software development for over 25 years now, I strongly urge you to ONLY buy an AIO water-cooling system that includes a water-pump sensor of some kind, usually a USB connection from the AIO to your mainboard. It’s not worth saving a few bucks to assume “it’ll never happen to you” and/or that you’ll catch a CPU meltdown when the pump fails some day.

As stated, this is quite easy to install and operate but does not come with any written instructions. I had no trouble locating instructions online but your experience might be different. Actually, if you have installed Corsair CPU coolers before you might not even need directions. Though I really don’t care about the RGB lighting I did connect it nonetheless. Be advised it does not connect to an RGB header but rather to an addressable Gen2 header.

It’s my 3rd liquid cooler. My first was another model which broke quickly. That was 10+ years ago. The one I’m using now is another brand and has been functioning like a champ for 10 years. This was for a new build and hopefully will work just as long. It’s very quiet, and comes with it’s own thermal paste. I put it on an i-9 24 core computer and you can’t even tell the computer is on. Under load you hear nothing and it’s very cool. I love it. My daughter, who I built it for loves it. Even my wife, who is a MAC lady, loves it. So great cooler and hope it will last.

I ordered this for a PC build I was working on and was surprised at how easy it was to install. All the parts necessary to mount the cooler were included and the RGB liquid cooler really stands out and completes the look. Since most of my other components are Corsair brand, everything can be controlled from the iCue software which is very convenient.
I have an AMD Ryzen 7800x3D and this cooler keeps the temperatures under control. It’s very quiet and well worth the cost, especially if you can get it on sale.
