    I was quite eager to get this computer, but upon initial startup out of the box and ever after regardless of what I attempted to do, there was a black area in the upper left corner of the screen about 5″ x 2 1/2″ with a few squiggly lines running through it. At startup, I also got a “keyboard error” message.
    The picture on this website shows a white computer and a white keyboard and mouse. The keyboard and mouse I received are black and don’t work at all (was I sent the wrong keyboard and mouse not simply because they were black instead of white, but is this even the right keyboard and mouse for this computer?). I called HP, described my problem and was advised to return it. At this time, I’m not sure whether I want to take a chance and reorder this same computer (Amazon told me, I’d have to return it and reorder it.) or choose another model. I’m so disappointed. I have a 30-year history of owning PC’s, and this is the most difficult, by far, experience I’ve had.

    So far, I’m loving this new PC. My last computer quit on me, but it was already old and I was long overdue for an upgrade anyways. I was debating on which one to get, but it looks like I finally found the right one. It’s a lot faster than my old PC. Surfing, streaming, and starting up is like a race car! Plus it’s very easy to set up. If you’re searching for a new PC, I highly recommend this one!!
