I’m just way too used to my retina display on my MacBook. My eyes go crossed on the iMac for too long, I had to increase the size to read beyond the pixelation. It’s a solid computer, does everything I need it to, looks great, etc. No complaints AT ALL except that I should have gone for Retina display for more money, you can see smaller text/images very clearly and I feel like I’m wasting all the screen by magnifying it. But if I don’t my eyes start to hurt!!! It’s for office work at our restaurant and I only use it a few hours a week, but if I were using it more it would definitely be an issue.

I’m extremely satisfied with my new computer, overall the product was in great condition. It looks brand new and works up to my expectations. The only downside I had to download to the latest software.

Don’t buy this computer unless you want to spend hours doing a factory reset and disc erase. The specs on this listing say this comes with MacOS Catalina. It actually comes at MacOS Seirra. This program is so outdated that you won’t even be able to use basic websites. If you have the time to reset the computer and reprogram it, it will program to MacOS Ventura. Which is the latest version of MacOS. Overall, the computer itself came in great condition. Shipped fast, but was an extreme headache beyond this point. I would not recommend this to buyers.

I am a Software Engineer. I have always dealt with Windows Applications never developed and a complete newbie within the Apple ecosystem. I bought this Mac to start developing the problem is that it was not the right product for my needs. Not enough memory was the main issue. I tested with the rest of the Mac OS features like mail, facetime, everything worked like a charm. I felt in love with the product but I had to be realistic and made the decision to return it otherwise it would be collecting dust since I use my Windows laptop and iPhone to handle all that. Again, I intended to use this computer for development and it was not a good fit for me. I checked online see if I could upgrade the RAM. This specific model had no room for more RAM 🙁

I needed an iMac in addition to my refurbished MacBook Air that I purchased six years ago. This iMac looks brand new, and I absolutely love it. It comes with both a keyboard and a mouse, both made by Apple. I’m having some trouble programming the F1-F11 keys, as they aren’t already programmed for some reason. I purchased this for my home studio. Great company and trustworthy.

Nice looking machine at a god price. Unfortunately there’s a problem configuring it. Seems like it’s still linked to seller and cannot get tech support. Seems fishy that I have to contact the seller to configure, I don’t know if I have privacy or they will have access to my info.
