It looked new in the case, fit around it perfectly and snug easy to prop up
I however, noticed two issues one is the difficulty it has and turning off. It takes me two or three times of holding the two buttons down for more than a minute and nothing happens. I have to keep trying until it shut down. And the second issue is the volume is quite low. At its highest point, I am unable to hear it with my air conditioner on and it’s less than a foot away from me. Other than that, the price was phenomenal. I suppose I can get a Bluetooth.

I bought this for my mom last Christmas and she has never been able to use it. We were able to set it up and then before she could actually use it the screen would go black and then to the Apple logo and then back to a black screen. I read all the reviews beforehand and figured it would be a good purchase but it has not been.

My daughter ( 12) has been saving her money to get an IPad and when her birthday rolled around, she got more money to go towards what she has been saving for. First we picked one at a different online shopping store ( starts with a W and ends with a T). Terrible experience. False advertisement, obsolete iPad that couldn’t update past 15 iOS , wrong color. Advertisement was for a newer iPad and wasn’t. Returned it that night. Decided to look here and place an order. I was skeptical and really didn’t want my daughter to be upset all over again. But I’m so glad we took the chance. So far it’s running smoothly and was as advertised. Packaging was flawless. There’s a few scratches on the Back of the iPad but not too noticeable. She was very excited to get it in rose gold. Platinum Deals was the seller for the iPad and I’m very grateful to do business with them. Ipad was listed for excellent condition. If something goes wrong, I’ll update my review but we are very happy at the moment.

I bought this for my 11 year old daughter about a month ago. I’ve used the built in Apple parental controls, and they’ve been better than any app I could download. She is absolutely over the moon with it. She’s had pretty much no issues with it. We did have a day where everything kept crashing, but after an update, everything has been smooth sailing. I haven’t noticed any battery issues as of yet. She plays on it every day, I can block everything I want to and allow whatever we pick. I read some reviews after I purchased, and got a little nervous. But after actually receiving this, I’m so pleased! 10/10 will buy again!

I just received my iPad 3 days ago and I used it today and yesterday. The iPad keeps turning of even when it’s fully charged. It will only turn on if I connect it to a charger and once I do it turns on at the percentage it was. Will see if I can get it replaced.

It’s good even though they sent the wrong one. The back was supposed to be pink, but it’s silver. It still works and I just threw a case over it so you can’t even tell but works great.
