I’ve wanted the max’s for so long and finally found them on here for a (somewhat) reasonable price. I was nervous to buy refurbished for this price point but I’ve bought my beats pill and my AirPod pros through Amazon refurbished and they were great! These are INCREDIBLE and so comfy to wear and they came in perfect unworn condition. The package only included the headphones and the matching Smart Case and that was it. So if you don’t own a iPhone charger (how???) just buy one before you purchase! 🙂

I’ve had these for about 2 months now and that work great. The charge well and the battery lasts me a long time depending on how much I’m listening. They came in perfect condition with no scratches or damage at all. I love that the spatial audio and the sound quality on these are dramatically better than my AirPods Pro. Highly recommend buying them “renewed,” as mine came just like new.

Got these in excellent condition and they arrived with blue ink pen marks all over the mesh head band and several scratches. Charged them to see if they sounded ok and they are still paired to someone else’s Apple ID and I cannot remove. Returning.

The item works well, however the description lists that all original items would be included in the box but that the box may be aftermarket or you could possibly receive the product in the original box. Other than the case for the airpod max ABSOLUTELY NOTHING came with the item as described. I called customer support and they agreed that the items should have been included and sent me another one. The item still came with nothing as described in the description. This was a gift to someone else and I was very disheartened to see that both times nothing was included. If the recipient would have been okay with me returning the gift I certainly would have requested a refund. For nearly $500 this is totally unacceptable. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN.

I was very sceptical about buying a refurbished item but this was perfect as new only that it didn’t come with a charger. apart from that it works perfectly well, long lasting battery and the noise cancellation is splendid 🤣. Easy way to save money!
