I like the glass jug and the fact that it lets you choose the speed you want to blend though, its a little loud though, and sometimes does end up leaving some chunks of fruit in my smoothie, i just blend them a little longer then so still 4 stars from me

I bought this to replace my Ninja after the plastic jug cracked. This works great despite the lower price point. The jug is glass and the blades etc are easily removed which makes cleaning an easy process. No crevices for food to collect unlike the Ninja.

Purchased to create juice slushes mostly. Does not crush or breakup ice easily. It’ll work for other cooking recipes though.

It worked beautifully at first, but after just two usesd the motor bunt out. I should have just returned it. The video to reset the blender didn’t even apply to the machine I bought.

Love the glass. My dad made some salsa as soon as it was brought it. Solid performance. He didn’t want the complicated computer run, average, countertop garbage that is prevalent nowadays. Just a simple device that an old person can use effectively. Black and Decker delivered like a champ. Awesome price, looks nice too. Definitely recommend.

Because of the low price, we were reluctant to purchase this blender, but the cost is so small that we saw the risk as minimal, so we took the plunge.
The heavy glass pitcher is both beautiful and practical.
Our one criticism is the tight fitting lid is not easy to remove, but that is probably what is needed when mixing liquids.

When my ninja smoothie blender broke, I decided a classic style blender would be a more useful replacement over a blender cup situation. I found this model and purchased with confidence thanks to all the positive reviews. The size is good, I love that it’s a glass pitcher not plastic, and the power of the motor is working great for my husbands daily smoothie habit. Cleaning is so easy, just rinse and add a drop of soap and blitz it a couple times. Rinse the soap out and you are done. You only need to disassemble and deep clean everything rarely I find.
