I’m a college student using my mom’s account (of course). This air fryer is the best. I make burgers with it and anything else. Also, if you take out the tray you can use the container as a pan. It’s great for taco meat. It’s way faster than the ninja air fryer at home. It cooks in half the time. I normally on need 5-7 min and then flip it. Some things are done in as little as 5 min. The different features are nice. I mostly fry and bake. I love how small and convenient it is. It doesn’t take up too much room and the color is nice. I have a kitchen but sometimes I use it straight from my room for convenience. You can make multiple servings at once (mostly 2). Though, if you do want to make another serving it won’t take long. I totally recommend for college students (if allowed in dorm) and anyone with a smaller space!

I purchased the Cosori CAF-LI211 Mini Air Fryer 2 months ago. So far, I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! In fact, I am trying to remember what my life was like more than 2 months ago, before I owned this little Cosori. This size is perfect for one person. I cannot imagine it would be large enough for 2 persons, but it depends how much they eat, I guess. I have minimal counter space in my kitchen, so I don’t have the space for anything larger. I have to store this Mini in the pantry and put it on the countertop to use, which is not a problem at all, it’s very lightweight to move around, but it’s not completely tiny, so does take up some space.

It is VERY easy to clean. Sometimes all that’s needed is to dump out any “crumbs” left behind, then wipe with a paper towel. Other times, just put the cooking basket in the sink, squirt a few drops of Dawn detergent in there, fill with hot water and swish around, then after a few minutes dump it out and rinse with hot water and either air dry or wipe dry with dish towel. Soooo easy. The non-stick surface of the cooking basket is wonderful.

I use my Cosori mini at least once daily, but sometimes multiple times per day. Saying I LOVE it is an understatement!! Alot of what I cook in the Mini fryer can also be cooked in a countertop toaster oven – I have a Breville Smart Pro countertop Convection oven; however, as great as that Breville is, if what I want to eat fits inside the Cosori’s cooking basket, I’ll use the Cosori because there, food cooks faster than the Breville, turns out crispier and is less mess. And probably uses less energy too. (but I do love my Breville, too and couldn’t live without it either!)

I am attaching a few photos to show the types of things I like to cook in this Cosori mini. Nothing complicated. These are things that can be bought in any grocery store, already cut up and frozen, in bags or boxes. All these things turn out very well in the Cosori mini fryer. What’s not pictured, but that I cook often, are brussel sprouts, french fries and single burger patties that come in a box or bag (personally, I eat only the plant-based stuff, but a real meat patty/burger could be cooked in it too)

Before I ordered my Cosori mini, I did read ALL the reviews and saw that some folks had a problem with a piece of the cooking basket breaking off, therefore rendering the entire fryer unusable because the basket would no longer lock in place. This apparently happened to several people. I would be sick if this happened to mine, but, the Cosori has a 2-year warranty, so I’m keeping my purchase receipt and all records and I’ll be *on* the manufacturer if this should happen to my Cosori. Being forewarned of this possible breakage, I handle the basket gently when pulling it out or inserting it back into the fryer.

I do HIGHLY recommend this mini fryer, after using it every single day for 2 months straight.

I’m suddenly cooking for one and after a few months sandwiches or a TV dinner isn’t working. Cooking for two worked as we usually had leftovers for supper the next day. Only me? The same thing for three more days? I’m a decent cook but, Pass.

This machine is just right for a few frozen french fries. Say, between a small and medium order at What-A-Burger. When it’s time to shake the fries, add four or five pre-breaded butterflied shrimp. Then shake again when the shrimp are half done. Supper is ready in about 15 minutes.

I’m still figuring how to cook two Gorton’s fish fillets along with french fries so they are not mushy. I’ll get there. Practice!

It’s not a high power machine. It’s 900 watts, not 1500 watts. When the food directions say “8 to 11 minutes”, eleven minutes is the number for me. It’s very easy to clean. Hot water with a little squirt of dish soap and half a paper towel as a dish rag is all you need. It’s a very quiet machine. The settings are easy. If you can work a Smartphone, you’ve got this.

It’s not a kitchen counter hog, it fits easily in a 10″ skillet. Think of it as a small counter top oven. I have no idea how well it will cook a chicken breast or thigh. I’m sure it does a great job. I have a gas grill on the patio for grilling.

My only small complaint is that I would like a handle on the back as part of a cord storage system. So I could carry the machine across the kitchen with one hand.

Nice machine. Works great. Good price. A two year warranty says a lot to me.
