    I ordered this computer here because I thought I could return it if it did not work right. It worked great for 3 weeks then I rebooted one day and it booted to a black screen, I know alot about computers, have built several of them, bottom line you would be beterr off going to computer maker for better deal, I even took this to a computer shop to repair ir rather than the hassle of sending it back to Amazon, so the time computer was in shop to keep from having to return it made it possible for Amazon to say no refund. This is the last computer I ever buy at this site and I have been Prime member 20 years. This is nuts. Computer shop could not determine what was wrong but said it was terminal. That’s when I called Amazon to return it for a replacement and was told I missed cutoff by a few days. Wow, so now I have a very expensive door stop, thanks to Amazon.

    First off, 32mb ram isn’t enough to game. I bought two 32 sticks of ram that were meant to over clock and use for gaming. That got me to my goal of 64. Second, after the first use of the slot in front to read memor chips, it stopped working. I have an external one to plug into the usb, so I just switched back to using that. Otherwise, after the memory upgrade it works nicely. It would be better if it came with appropreate memory, that would have saved $300.

    This is an upgrade from a much older Dell. Overall a nice value.
