    I needed to spend a bit to transfer 9 years of information and spend $200 to get help from microsoft to get the new computer to recobnize and activate my devices, but after that, customizing it was easy and and I love the speed. Another thing I really like is the compac t size with plug ins for the speakers and head set are on the FRONT as well as the USB ports – much more convenient than my old box. Also the ON button is in the front not the top so I am able to slide it in under my shelf. Glad I kept it. I was not able to use the shelf with the big old-style box. I highly recommend this Lenovo computer for gaming and lots more in addition to regular home business activities. JLH, Colorado

  3. Buy too much –

    The Bad: During setup at the beginning went very smooth until you come to the Microsoft 365 section, the unit holds you hostage until you subscribe and pay for the program and there is no way around it, I rebooted several times and it ended up the same PAY to complete setup. It’s $1.99 per month and it says you can cancel after the first month but what will happen then ?????? we will see and I will report it here. Very unhappy about this.

    The good: After being held hostage and paying the rest of the setup was very easy. The unit works great and is fast, hook up to internet and printer was easy.

    After a month and I cancel Microsoft 365 I’ll let you know what happens.

    I really like the option to sign in with my finger. I am still Learning my new system and pc. Love quite typing option.

    Very nice. A lot for the buck.

    Don’t like the cheaper plastic. It could be to make it lighter. Idk.

    Over all very nice.
