EDIT: I wrote a nice review below because it was fast shipping. Before I was very excited to finally get a home computer for our household. Our son needs one for school. I am very low income so it took me forever to save up!
The computer came with the wrong cable (HDMI to HDMI), but the computer needed VGA to HDMI in order to hook up to any monitor. So I had to purchase a adapter. Annoying that it didn’t come with the correct cable but ultimately IDK as long as it works.
However, after connecting to new correct cable, the screen says that there is no connection. Every piece of equipment is new except for the renewed computer.
Please tell me why this is not working! I spent good hard earned money for this computer and it won’t even turn on! I am seriously in tears right now! It’s Saturday and there is no phone # to call! I just lost around $200 for this!

I am waiting for my monitor etc to arrive in a couple days, so I will come back to this review if product doesn’t work…..But I can rate on the shipping, cosmetic condition and customer service, all excellent!

had everything hooked up turned it on and it turned its self off. Computer did this several times until I tilted
it and it would stay on. I found the plug at the desktop end was loose. I bought a very good machine at a very good price . I have not contacted the seller but I am sure I will have no trouble when I do.

Buying a used or remanufactured computer online is (in my opinion) risky business, you just don’t know what you’ll get. But I have to say, after several months use, this is my favorite computer and I’ve had about 7-8 computers since 1985. I couldn’t be happier with any online purchase, and the price was less than a cheap tablet! But this is NO tablet, super powerful, came with a new version of Windows and a brand new 1-T hard drive. I don’t know how they do it at this price, but I am one HAPPY COMPUTING CAMPER!

Be careful when buying this desk top computer. Yes, it’s refurbished but the one I received has a hard drive that has 60000 hours on it and was tuned off only 43 times in 7 years. Needs a new hard drive and we haven’t even had an opportunity to use the machine. I have reached out to the seller and we’ll see what happens.
