Love the color. Love the performance. The keyboard is excellent. Great speed and ease of use. It took only a few minutes to set up. Could have more inputs/ports on the sides. However, since it is a Chromebook expectations are a bit low. Nice machine but a bit pricey. Starts up quickly, easily to surf and save to cloud, access email. Ram seems decent and storage good as well. Would have been nice to have $50-75 off to lower the price a bit.

I’ve never used Lenovo before. I was very pleased with the laptop. I’m still learning the apps due to Windows being a different version than my desktop. Good laptop for the money.

THIS LAPTOP IS TERRIBLE. I am a white collar professional who just wanted a basic laptop for personal use and my old laptop battery was dead. So I tried to replace my 7 year old HP laptop but this new one is almost unusable. It is so incredibly slow that it gives me a migraine to use. It is mind blowing how my 7 year old laptop can run multiple browser tabs and streaming services at once but with this new more expensive laptop, I can’t even open and answer emails without it lagging. I am so irritated with this purchase. I lied to myself telling myself it wasn’t that bad and tried to make it work and now its too late to return it. Please guys, don’t buy this. I was told 16 Gigs would be enough. I think it should be, but whatever they did to make this isn’t enough. I wish i could get rid of it already and just fix my old laptop. HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT.

I liked this laptop very much. I got it all set up and used it for three weeks and then the wifi suddenly completely stopped working. Ethernet still worked fine. I called Lenovo tech support. They helped me try all the fixes that could be done from home but eventually decided it was a problem inside the computer. I would have to send it back to Nigeria if I wanted service from lenovo under warranty. After a bit more research I found plugging in a usb wifi adapter circumvents the problem. I’m now using all my wifi networks just fine. I love this computer but there seem to be some manufacturing problems that need to be addressed.

I got this Lenovo laptop for my wife. She really loves it. Lenovo is a good brand. I have been using Lenovo computer’s for many years. At home and work. They are made well. I highly recommend this laptop. Thanks
