Todo estaba perfecto, estaba en excelente estado y funcionando completamente pero me di cuenta que tiene la pantalla despegada con espacios alrededor de todo el marco y mi técnico no pudo reparar.

The laptop itself is very good. Had some sticky stuff on one side, but I removed it with water and ethanol. No scratches, some light wear on the touchpad, battery in reasonably good condition. The machine itself is really nice. The only problem is – it has Absolute Persistance (formerly known as Computrace) enabled. It’s built in BIOS/UEFI and can’t be disabled by the user. So former owners can remotely do whatever they like with this laptop. I think the seller should have made sure to Unenroll all the devices they sell from Absolute.

Mouse pad was sprayed or painted black. Very odd. Im a computer tech. This is odd. Not a good buy. And there’s an F1 cmos bios issue when booting up. Not just incorrect time but another problem.

When I got this it was so disgusting with gobs of grime everywhere and all in the keys. I spent hours cleaning it, there was even hair. I don’t understand how a human could have been so disgusting. But I thought it functions well at least until day 2 I was locked out by computrace. I wasn’t sure if it was stolen by the seller but I later learned you can unlock it but I’m happy I returned it regardless

It is X1 carbon but the CPU is i5-8250U not i5-8350u. Also the trackpad has weird discoloration spots. The color is black not silver as the description. Please check the product before putting on sale as renewed carefully. But it is usable so I give 3 star.

I love the laptop and extremely happy with my purchase, my only warning is that my laptop was a refurbished computer that came from a company. The company had a software that locked the laptop in the case of it being stolen that was still installed. I was able to unlock and remove the software after calling the company that installed it.

– Thinkpad X1 Carbon Gen 6 i5-8350 16/256 arrived in excellent condition and I am very pleased with the purchase. The machine looks brand new and functions perfectly in all the work it takes to do updates and initiate a new computer. The CPU was 8250 instead of 8350 listed and the battery is at 72% instead of the more than 80% promised by Amazon, so I contacted TechResetOnline and asked them for an adjustment. I know these are small differences, but they promptly issued me a refund appropriate to the differences. Besides this adjustment, they had contacted me before shipping to show me the product they were sending. I was concerned about what may have been a photo blemish on the screen and told them a clear screen was more important to me than a blemish free exterior. They found one that satisfied me. I consider this level of service excellent and that it promotes trust in the company, besides offering a personal, responsive contact person before and after the sale. I would certainly buy from this company again.

Looks and smells like a brand new laptop. Zero wear on the touchpad and no scratches on the body. Really pleased with this. But the 80% battery claim means the unit should last ~12 hours in saver mode, in reality the battery report shows closer to 5.5 hours.
Does not come with Windows Hello, which is a bummer, but i guess i should have checked the SKU before buying, my old Gen 6 did have this.
