I purchased the Microsoft Surface Pro with Intel Core i5, 4GB RAM, and 128GB SSD expecting a reliable device for work and productivity. Unfortunately, the 4GB RAM proved insufficient, causing sluggish performance even with basic tasks. The 128GB SSD filled up quickly, leaving me constantly managing storage. The device struggles with the newest Windows 10 version, resulting in frustrating delays and crashes.

The Surface Pro has done everything it was supposed to do when it arrived. However, as the 90 day warranty ended so did the quality of the unit. At 4 months the battery would no longer accept a charge. If the Surface Pro is unplugged it immediately shuts off. Will not hold any power at all….then less than two weeks later the screen started flickering slightly every few seconds…..within a week after that the screen flickers and jumps constantly. Taking it in for repair now. I have just been told that it will cost more to repair this Surface Pro than what I paid for it. Very disheartening. I was warned about purchasing refurbished electronics from Amazon and I wish that I would have listened.

This was the absolute worst purchase ever. It not only arrived extremely late, but as soon as I traveled for work with it, it malfunctioned (2 days after it arrived!) and it got stuck into an unstopable reboot cycle. I wasn’t even able to turn it off. I had to send it back from overseas. It took forever and I still don’t get my refund. Spare yourself the trouble, never shop from this seller!. Terrible experience!

This MS Surface Pro 4 is absolutly flawless. It looks and performs like a brand new unused tablet. It is loaded with so many features and has an excellent large screen for viewing along with all the MS programs you ecpect. Personally I was shopping for a sheet music display for PDF files and the Surface Pro is one of the top 3 reccomemdations when I researched this need. I suppose the biggest advantage was the price for this tablet. Unless you insist on an iPAD or Samsung tablet you should be very satisfied with this Surface Pro 4. It responds perfectly and looks beautiful. I also purchased a stylus and that helps so much for editing PDFs as you can “pinpoint” when editing. The touch screen does work perfectly with my finger but again the stylus is great for intricate and accurate touch. I am very pleased with this purchase!

I was pleasantly surprised, the unit we received appeared brad new not a mark on it anywhere. It is smooth and is pretty fast for and i5 processor. I had never owned a Windows tablet before and honestly had planned on loading Linux on it in a few months. However I have changed my mind and will keep the Windows 10 Pro on it. It handles Windows 10 smoothly and is pretty quick. It is not Windows 11 capable per Microsoft, however it is possible to load Windows 11 on the tablet and I read it works as well as Windows 10 and maybe a bit fast. I am very happy with the Surface Tablet.
