    I like this product because it is compatible with my system and allows me to work remotely. No issues. I purchased one a year or two ago, and it is still working I purchased another one to have a stand-by headphone. They are the best headphones out there. The price is well worth it and not expensive at all.

    I’ve gone through two of the headsets in about 6 months. I don’t know what they use to attach the microphone part but it is super fragile and easily snaps off. Sound quality is alright and the inline buttons are kinda cool. I prefer the one-headphone version as its comfier

    I work in a call center & I’m just not yet willing to spend an arm and a leg for a nice headset. This one is very clear and has pretty good noise cancellation. Compared to the wireless ones I tried, it actually sounds like a phone call instead of someone talking to you from inside an air vent.
    Wired just seems a lot better all around even though you do have the downside of not being able to walk away from your computer.
    The fit is ok. I do sometimes get annoyed with the thing going around my head. It isn’t too tight but definitely needs repositioning throughout the day to keep me from having a headache. The earpiece cushion is extremely thin and I had to buy a replacement that is better quality.
    I will definitely upgrade them in the future, but they work well and haven’t had any problems other than the fit.
    There isn’t a lot of room to expand the length of it either so if you have a giant head it’s prob not gonna work out.

    I started working a hybrid schedule and forgot my headset at home so I bought another one exactly like the one work gave me over 4 years ago so I have 1 at home and 1 in the office.
    It’s a great headset! It handles traveling, weekly commutes to the office and being used all day. It is comfortable and you can easily switch ears. People have always been able to hear me clearly and I can always hear them.

    I’ve worked from home for 22 years and Plantronics is my go to brand. Have a wireless set and got this one for backup and loved it so much bought another for my other pc. Super lightweight ( I have sensitive temples and too of scalp) and don’t feel it on my head, adjustable , plug and play and easy mute button . Well done !
