I ordered my system with cooling station April 2023 and now it’s September 2024 and it stopped working a few months ago. I don’t believe it’s receiving a signal from the Playstation as it isn’t charging my game controller and I don’t believe the fans are working anymore. The entire unit seems dead.

I bought this for our ps5 and couldnβt be happier! It kept it stable was easy to use and the organization for the controllers to go on it as well it awesome! It keeps everything nice and neat and all together! Itβs not big and bulky I think itβs a great size and preforms very well and is very stable. Keeping the temperature down so it doesnβt overheat !!

So I think it is one my fewest reviews on Amazon.
I bought this product last year and have been using it a lot. It has extra USB hubs which I find pretty useful to connect my mouse keyboard and headphone charger. I have extra controllers to which I can easily charge them all with built in plugs! This is an awesome product! You can find plenty of this type of fan on Amazon but I tested not only the fan itself, but the after sale service which was AMAZING!
I play call of duty all the time which literally makes my ps5 boil without this fan. After a more than a year, it suddenly stopped working so I contacted their customer service for warranty. They literally responded in less than 10 minutes even though I messaged them late evening!!
I received a replacement 2 days after! I cant believe this quality of service and I strongly recommend this fan from this seller! you wont regret it!

So the way the heat disappation on the PS5 works is it comes through the bottom and out the back, so this PS5 cooler pushes the hot air out the back and keeps the internals of the PS5 cooler than it ever could by itself. I can run my PS5 for hours and not have to worry about it trying to overheat at any point. I usually keep it on the second setting when I’m playing games and when it rest mode on the first setting so it’s not using more power than needed. I will also mention i’ve had this product for over 5 months and at first it was real quiet, I noticed it has gotten a little bit louder, it might just need cleaned on the inside but it’s not a big deal to me personally. I would recommend this to anyone who plays high demand games for hours on end, and also anyone who would like to reduce storage capacity on their stand or desk. Very sturdy product as it mentions and I would 10/10 recommend this produxt

UPDATE: 8 months later one of the fans is starting to go it makes a sound when first turned on and either freezes up and stops making the sound or breaks free of whatever is in there and gets quiet none the less everything else works fine still use it to this day and donβt plan on changing it maybe fixing the fan or getting another one still keeping it at 5 stars still worth it
I think itβs perfect the screw they give you fits everything fits snug and nice it looks beautiful. Maybe feels a little cheap but I think itβs amazing it has everything you need for a stand it definitely organized the clutter way more and gave me a place to store my stuff when Iβm done. I always hung my headphones on my tv or side of my table now I got a spot. My controller is always charged because when Iβm done it goes on itβs nice stand where sheβs charging. And the fans I didnβt even think were working at first thatβs how quiet they are. But they are working perfect everything works perfect! βοΈ βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ

At 55 years old, I’ve been a hardcore gamer most of my life. It’s not too often an aftermarket product comes along (for a given system) that’s actually worth what you paid for. When I finally decided (based on the PS5’s limited external ports) to go searching for something to extend it…I came across this little gem. Before I bought, I looked, compared, and read a lot of reviews on similar products, but ultimately settled on this…and I am quite pleased. For a stand-base, dual charger, cooling, usb-extender…for about 40 bucks…it turned out to be a steal. I typically don’t write reviews for new stuff until I’ve had it for awhile to “test-drive”. It’s been half a year now and here’s the report…….the PS5 fits perfectly into the base and is secure. The cooling fan is set to it’s lowest setting (nothing exists yet that causes your PS5 to require any more than this) and is more quiet than the fridge in my kitchen two rooms away. The extra three ports in the front are a GodSend!!! Now for my only gripe…it will charge two controllers when the PS5 is on or in rest mode….but…..only to a 70% charge (about 5-7 hours of use). This is an “advertised feature” of this product, and yes…it delivers on that. There’s a microchip in the charger that limits charging to 70% …and it works. Apparently this is supposed to prevent overcharging and extend battery life (and replacing a PS battery is a pain….can’t just open a cover and pop a new one in there, like with Xbox, ya gotta take it apart with special tools). So, for extended gaming sessions this kinda sucks unless you’ve got two controllers and can always have one on the charger ready to swap out every few hours. But other than that, this is a fantastic little accessory, very well priced, good workmanship, and an awesome product overall. Highly recommend!!!
