Hurts my head after a while, doesn’t have much give to it.
It is pretty sound proof, I leave one side of my ear if there’s someone in the room with me while I game so I can hear them.
There’s unfortunately a decent amount of feedback coming through as well, not sure if it’s the headset or the adapter. Tolerable, but annoying
