The headset isn’t made to pulled off your head as you rage quit; it is delicate. That’s fine for me. The problem I had was that the adapter didn’t come with it! Without the adapter I wasn’t able plug it in. I bought a 2.5mm f to 3.5mm m adapter separately and connected it. It works fine now. I talked to my mom for about an hour on it and she said that the audio was coming through very clearly.

It broke on the head set but duck tape has fixed for now. Bummer
