Was having feedback problems with my Bluetooth speakers. This speaker system plugs right into the phone. No more feedback on either end. Good quality dual speakers. Just wish it had a bit more volume for my older ears.

Works really well for teams, zoom, and internet based calls. Might be some sound feed back coming through as I have been muted by other people during teams calls. I will have to do some call tests… Other than that, love this much better than headphones and blue tooth.

This is the best personal Teams wired speaker on the market. It’s plug and play excellent sound for meetings and great sound for music. All at a relatively inexpensive price tag. Buy it thank me later !

I like how sleek and portable this unit is, but the sound is very hollow and people on the other end always as if I am talking through a tunnel.
Whether on my Windows 11 laptop or connected directly to my iPhone 15 Pro, I occasionally get very crackly calls. I have just learned to live with it until I find something else. Several complaints on Microsoft sites but no driver updates since November 2023.

I bought this as a small, simple speakerphone for web calls on my laptop, I ended up buying a second for my desktop. Audio quality is clean and far louder than it should be for something this small, microphone quality is equally impressive. Super discreet, handy mute button in reach. Would recommend 100%

I purchased a few of these speakers for work. I love how it looks right up with Teams and has a button for ready muting. Best of all, it works with your phone even if just using for a louder speaker phone.

At least twice per week, while in the middle of a teams call, either the mic or speaker stop working, and I get a message in teams saying there was an issue with the device. This could be a Teams bug, so I am hoping that updating the drivers fixes the issue, but as of now, I still have this issue. Other than that, the sound quality is good, for the size speaker.

The sound is not Good, compared to other speaker I purchased from Microsoft, this one is not recommended.

Perfect for remote work. It sounds like I’m in the room with my coworkers. Seems to work well with Teams and Zoom – the mute button works on both! Sound quality is excellent, and, it’s portable. Great design all the way around. Well worth the investment. I never thought I’d stray from my headphones, but this my new go to.
