    Xiaomi software is lacking in so many ways…
    🔴 The phone is brand new and has a problem with freezing and making weird notifications sound without any notifications.
    🔴 In the middle of the night or randomly it would make a loud sets of notifications and then shut down and freeze
    🔴Screen go black and freezes for no reason atal
    🔴 Xaiomi do not give good customer support nor does Amazon give support for this phone, I called Amazon to find out if I can have a replacement for this phone they said they can’t and when I called xaiomi they told me Amazon sold me a faulty phone and cannot resolve the problem.
    🔴The camera 200 megapixels is good but does not have a good zoom
    OVERALL I WASTED MONEY BUYING THIS I HATE IT AND CONNOT AFFORD TO BUY ANOTHER ONE SO AM STUCK WITH A PHONE THAT DOES NOT MAKE MY LIFE EASIER BUT MORE COMPLICATED.
    Just imagine am on a job and can’t even answer a call cause the screen goes black and freezes. I almost lost my job because of this phone.

    Runs smoothly, the quality of the phone is good doesn’t feel cheap, it’s pretty responsive but the only thing I have a problem with is the battery life, to me it feels like it drains pretty quickly when gaming but otherwise with regular everyday use the battery can last the whole day

    Just when gaming the battery dies way faster, pretty good phone tbh

    Ive had this phone for a few weeks now and this is actually a pretty poor device, after gaming (e football 24) for about 20-30 mins the device starts to get hot and frame rate drops significantly and the game starts to glitch, responsiveness has also fallen as I find I have to be double touching the screen for the touch to be registered

    Muy buena compra. Excelente celular. Lo único malo es el cargador, viene versión europea pero con un adaptador a tomacorrientes americano, lo malo es que aún así no funciona. Se puede cargar con cargador USB sin problema, pero la carga no es tan rápida

    I’ve owned a lot for phones.I would say I tend to collect them. I have a older Xiaomi phone that’s 4years old and it still operates great for Android 11 . Now back to this phone fantastic clarity on the screen I’m still a big fan of curved screens so if you are not I would suggest the Pro only without the plus it is a flat screen .The new Xiaomi Hyper OS is in my opinion much better than the older prior OS . Speed battery life are all great. I love the tri color Design of this phone . My one complaint is lack of good cases I found a few but they make the phone feel boxey and takes away from the great feel ana shape. The clear case shows the great color and design but feels flimsy I will continue to search .
