I bought this printer for my office

I had an old HP laser black and white printer without a copy, scanner, or fax, which is becoming a very slow-speed printout. In addition, my old HP was excellent and reliable, and this old HP printer has been around for a very long time, since it was 20 years old.
I ordered another new HP Laserjet Pro 3101sdw Printer, which was delivered two days later.
I am delighted and impressed with the product and recommend it for small office or home use.

I’ve wanted to have a personal printer for a long time, and after going through countless reviews on many different printers, I settled on trying this one out.
For a black-and-white printer, this one is great.
I love that it also has the scanner/copying function, but have found that it can be temperamental if you’re trying to scan/copy something from the feeder instead of using the flatbed.
Setting up was slightly frustrating; I Googled how to connect the HP printer to my computer (ASUS), and was able to troubleshoot connecting by downloading HP drivers/HP printer software onto the computer. After the initial setup, it’s been easy to scan things into my computer and to print all sorts of paperwork (including important documents as well as coloring pages). I also have found that switching back and forth between different printer paper weights isn’t an issue, which I was concerned about initially.
Overall, for my personal use, this printer does what it’s supposed to do and I am SO thankful to own it. I’m not sure what it’ll be like when the toner runs low and has to be swapped, but that’s a future concept to address, and I will update my review when that time comes, especially if I find it to be cumbersome.

Always had a hard time pairing my Brother wireless printer with my computer. Gave this one a shot and it works great. Very easy to connect and print quality is great! Would definitley buy again.
