I still can’t believe I landed this deal. Amazing price for what it seems to be a brand new product. No scratches and product works like new. The picture on the screen is so pristique. Very impressed!

Something that would’ve helped me would have been knowing there is a small switch on the keyboard at the top to turn it on, the cord isn’t what turns the keyboard on all the way. All i had to do so far was update the computer to a newer version and everything works swell. I got exactly what i wanted !

Excelente. Enciende en menos de 20 segundos. Muy rápida. Buena para trabajar en internet. Me llego con office, no pude actualizar ya el sistema operativo de Mac, pero está excelente para trabajos y para atención al cliente. Es una computadora que tiene para dar guerra fácilmente 10 años…

I was very enthusiast to buy this product, excellent brand and good price. But the problem came at the time of trying to setup the iMac, the mouse didn’t work and with this issue I was unable to setup the computer. I went for Apple support and finally they realize that the mouse isn’t an Apple item. WHAT! in the information about the product it only stated the it is refurbished but nothing that the mouse isn’t an Apple. Checking on the keyboard I also can see different the Apple keyboard from the one included. As I said a complete fraud to Amazon and Amazon customers.

A great value verses a new Mac. My only complaint is that it had a seriously out of date OS on it. Lucky for me Apple IOS is free. It just took most of the weekend to download and install. Other than that, no complaint. A 3 on ease of use, because my time machine external hard drive would not communicate with the older OS. This was free to fix, but delayed my being able to use it for a couple of more days.

I had doubts about this iMac because of some of the reviews but it turn out amazing. Had this shipped internationally and it came out perfectly. I do recommend this product. It came with wireless keyboard and mouse.
