I upgraded my Ryzen 5 to a Ryzen 9 & wanted to have the theraml paste coverage & cooling needed for this. I went with this stuff for that. I am happy that I did.

Not only was this easy to apply, it is holding up very well. It is a couple months on there. Granted, all of my thermal paste is on there for years, so that test will come at a much later date. So far, so good.

I do like that it came out rather smoothly. I was going to use “my normal” stuff, but had read about this thermal paste from Artic. Seeing as there are a few changes to chip & what over time, as well as a shipping issue, I went with this paste. I so far, am glad that I have.

I only have small bursts of extra heat after playing an intense video game. Considering I do some intense art work, that’s pretty darned good.

Bottom line, if you’re looking for some high end thermal paste for your build, I suggest this. It goes on easy, & with the removal stuff, comes off quite smoothly & very well.

I tried a variety of thermal pastes and MX-6 spreads and cools the best. Its non conductive so you don’t have to worry about frying your components. This stuff simply works.

I had to replace my thermal paste due to my first one I used to build my pc was very low quality. I purchased this paste along with the lga 1700 contact frame, prior to buying these in combo I did a lot of cinebench prior to get a idea of how bad my temps were under load, my temps prior to installing the paste on conebench were : min:73 high:89-94. After installing both of these items I ran cinebench again to see that my temps went down to a max temp of 74-80 degrees, with the 80 degrees barely making a appearance. Now while gaming my temps easily stayed below 70 unless I was booting up a game. I 100% recommend this paste as it is of great quality and spreads like butter if you do that method. I also don’t ever do reviews and just had to hop in here and post mine. Almost forgot while idle at desktop on my pc, my temps before the installations were, 32-34 degrees, now my temps sit at 23-26 max. The paste was the star of the show but I always recommend people to buy the contact frame as that thing does wonders only if your not afraid of messing with your warranty.

Great work, easy to paste; CPU temp dropped 10 degrees Celsius; I re-pasted my CPU and GPU and still had enough left to re-paste an old laptop for my wife to use. Time will tell to see if it holds up, but I’m delighted so far.
