It’s easy to apply and works just as it should. Temps we’re instantly better and so far have stayed that way. I’d recommend this paste to anyone who isn’t sure what to get. Best bang for the buck.

The paste is a quick and easy solution for your PC, plain and simple. However, the paste is a little too ‘dry’; please be careful when lifting up the tube from your CPU as there will be a trail and excess the will come up with the tube and potentially end up on the motherboard. On to the wipes, they’re really nice to have and I’m glad ARCTIC is one of the few brands that does this with their shipments. But they’re overwhelmingly strong and smelly; I can still smell them through my PC even after building it last night.
Packaging was quick, easy, and cute but it came damaged with a little hole at the top. Nothing was missing or compromised just to be clear.

After my laptop started overheating in the summer, I knew it was time to replace the thermal paste, and this was a great choice.
Temperatures were about 10°C cooler than before, fan ran less, and palm rest was noticeably cooler.
This paste has the consistency of soft petroleum jelly and is easy to install.
The wipes worked well, although they have a STRONG smell of Pine-Sol, in case you’re sensitive to those things.

The thermal paste is quite thick, because of this I used a lot of it thinking I would need it, in any case, it works very well, my temperatures dropped quite a lot and have remained stable.
The cleaning wipes are amazing, they simply destroy the old thermal paste, even if it is hard and stuck to the CPU/Cooler.
The complaints about the smell are a bit exaggerated if you compare it to how well the product works, in my case the smell only lasted about a day, it is indeed relatively strong but it just smells like cleaning products. I recommend that you dispose of the wipes in a bag that you then close to properly dispose of them and the smell, that little wipe WILL keep the smell for quite some time (people are probably throwing the used wipes in a nearby bin and that’s why they can’t get rid of the smell)

Realmente me ayudó a qué mi computadora y Xbox enfrÃe bien ya que no le avÃa cambiado la pasta y no les recomiendo para nada las pastas como la de sterem

Very smelly wipes though but they are more effective than alcohol wipes. The smell is insanely strong and lingers for a very long time. Great thermal paste. Best one from Arctic yet.

I think some people might be overstating the smell issue a bit. Yeah, the cleaning wipes have a definite odor. I don’t even think it’s that bad of a smell honestly. I threw the wipes away when I was done with them and I couldn’t even smell them in the trash the next day. Not a big deal.
Anyway, I’ve bought a couple of (somewhat) inexpensive mini pc’s from Topton because I’m ridiculous and I like to tinker. Since I had to open them up anyway (I had bought RAM and SSD’s separately rather than buy it bundled), the first thing I did was clean the paste off of the cooler and cpu, and reapply using this Arctic MX6. The cleaning wipes were excellent, one wipe per CPU was enough to completely remove any paste on the cpus and the coolers. Reapplying was equally simple, after the surface had dried from the wipes, put a bead on the CPU and slowly replace the cooler on top. The one with the Ryzen 7 5825U has a couple of fans, and used to idle in the low 40’s C, but now seems to hover around 36C at idle. Maxing it out at 100% usage, it took several minutes to heat up to 80C, at which point the power management kicked in and slowed it down to 2.6GHz until it cooled to about 65C. The Ryzen 7 7730U seemed to perform even better, especially considering that’s a fanless system that just uses a chunk of copper and a finned aluminum exterior to dissipate heat.

It is thick compared to MX-4, but I personally prefer MX-6. Still pretty easy to use, I use the method of a dot and letting the heatsink or air cooler/aio spread it.
This is also a good paste for PS4s. If anyone is interested in that, I used it on my PS4 Slim, and it lowered temps quite nicely.

Got it to reapply on my PS4 PRO and gaming PC and it worked great. Has good thickness so it wont make a mess. The wipes it comes with easily clean out the old thermal paste, but it smells very strong and feels like it could dry your skin, and also hurts a lot if you have a small cut on the skin so be aware of that and maybe use some kind of glove. After applying this paste my PS4 became completely silent (also did a deep clean of the heat sink) and on my PC it made a noticeable improvement on temperature (first thermal paste change since built over 3 years ago). Good quantity for multiple applications (there is still some i saved for later). It’s relatively easy to do since im not a professional on this. If you are afraid to do it yourself there’s lots of videos to help out there.

The paste works great and so do the cleaning towelettes but the towelettes have a very powerful, chemical, odor that lingers for a day, tying them into an old grocery bag doesn’t help as the gases permeate the plastic. Recommend you put them in that bag and then put them in the outdoor trash can immediately.
