I’ve had many Dell computers in the past, but this one was junk. It started up fine and worked through initial setup. Then, it became randomly unresponsive. By that, I mean – sometimes it would offer me a button to continue the setup to the next step and it worked fine. Other times, nothing happened when I clicked the button. MULTIPLE times at MULTIPLE steps. After a couple restarts to clear its foggy brain, I reset it to factory defaults and initiated the refund. If it does this before setup is even done, there’s no way I’m keeping it! Also, it felt like the case was made of really thin, cheap plastic. I was worried that the case might break easily.
