I use this to play competitive video games with my friends and also to do coding. It’s a really good 2k
    Monitor.

Upgraded to this monitor from a BenQ ZOWIE XL2411P 24 Inch 144Hz Gaming Monitor. Did have to change some settings to allow for 244Hz. Has built in speakers. Been nothing but clean and crisp video. Gaming or watching shows/movies.

    Cons-
-The stand is wide and depending on how much desk space you have, it will get in the way with mouse movement.
-If you have other Samsung monitors or TV in the same room/area…. their TV controller will also affect this monitor. So if someone else is watching TV on their Samsung Smart TV in the same room as this monitor and they turn the TV off with the controller…. the Monitor is also being turned off.

The monitor arrived very quickly and in perfect condition, so hats off the seller. Only had this monitor a few days. At first, I noticed that it had a warmer tone to it that made the whites a little too yellowish for my tastes. But I was able to figure out how to tweak the settings that in turn made me happy. Very impressed with the dark black contrast. Much deeper blacks than my previous IPS panel could do. AS many others have stated the Smart TV functions of the monitor do get in the way and are very annoying. I did figure out with the help of online forums how to minimize its obtrusiveness. Wish Samsung gave to option to turn it off, unless you want it on. But why the 4 star you ask?? Well only about 3-4 days after I took this out of box, a DEAD pixel showed its presence along the top left for the monitor. There was a second dead pixel next to the other but powering off the monitor and turning it back on, made it go away, but given time, I’m sure I would have seen its return. So, one confirmed dead pixel and a probable second after only 4 days of use, told me that I should return this monitor while I still can. I know Samsung has 3-year warranty, but I’m definitely not going to deal with that on a brand-new product. Which is too bad, because I was really impressed with the picture once I was able to get the monitor tweaked the way I liked it. I had also tried the LG 32GP850-B which was great, until you enabled HDR and then it was absolutely horrible HDR quality. This Samsung easily beat that monitor.

I bought this for my son who loves to game – he said it is the best monitor ever – and he can’t stop grinning – he is soooo happy with it.

Trae u pixel q solo muestra azul, es molesto porque se ve mucho en pantallas obscuras si no fuera x eso cre q es bueno para el PS5 y trabajar , no se si deba regresarlo

Purchased a few months ago for my new PC and at first I was satisfied with the performance based on the price…. But now I am realizing what all the complaints in reviews are about…

It operates more like a bad television! I will sometimes boot up the PC and I end up at the smart menu and have to scroll through useless apps to the PC tab. After going to said tab the monitor will not even register at all, I have to smash the keyboard until it wakes up like a bad screensaver.

Not only this but if you edit the tabs in the menu it resets each time. So I can’t even make the process simpler if I try.

Now in the process of troubleshooting and changing settings I can’t even use it. Sometimes I get lucky, and can just pop into my dashboard. Today I cant get in at all even tho it is the same I left it yesterday.

Anyways. I have owned 3 monitors and had no issues. This has been nothing but problem after problem. I should have spent an extra 100$ and gotten an ASUS

Solid Monitor with a high quality image with strong blacks on a VA panel, fantastic 240hz refresh rate, quick response time. Comes with some extra built in UI features and a remote for TV like functions or cloud gaming, which I don’t really need, seeing as I am using this exclusively as a PC monitor. But certainly not a downside. Wasn’t perfect out of the box, but with a little calibration and optimizing, gaming at 240 FPS looks and feels great. Perfect alongside my old 1440p 144hz monitor as a second monitor, and my new PC. Able to hit those 1440p/240FPS marks with my 7950X3D and 7900XTX GPU.

Would recommend at it’s current sale price just under $500. If your looking to spend more, consider an OLED option in the $800-1000 range for a screen with comparable specs. Also has Freesync Premium Pro with an effecting range from 60-240FPS for system/titles that are unable to hit that 240hz refresh rate at all times. From my testing this seems most optimal from 120-240 FPS, 60-120 FPS seems a bit less effective. Either way great monitor for the money spent.
