    I bought this phone for myself because I needed a phone ASAP my phone have broke it turns out that this phone is running on the 3G network it was not compatible with With actual phone service it was not allowing me to make calls. So I literally returned it the next day and that was first week of July and I still have not got paid they have not returned my refund and I’m extremely upset I keep calling them and they keep procrastinating telling me that I have to wait for 30 days while it’s September now and I’ve waited over 2 months. I am not happy with not getting my money returned. It keeps saying that it’s in transit and it’s stuck somewhere that is not my fault I have my UPS receipt stating that I did take It into the facility for transport back to Amazon but it’s not my fault that they have not guided it they should return my money like planned this is unbelievable I’ve been a value customer for a long time and I still have not received my money this is Add this phrase to Amazon return policy. I was promised that I would not have any problems returning it and I returned immediately and I’m still suffering without my money yes suffering because it belongs to me so for a $100 and I have a right to get my money back. Everything about this phone was not compatible and I normally never have problems with this type of phone.

    I love my phone. I don’t want to be making payments or locked into contracts for a $1000+ priced phone. Unlocked and works with my carrier! I was able to easily transfer data from my old phone to this one in minutes. So nice. It does lag a little o. The samsumg internet . But the picture is great and it works great for my simple needs. Has great amount of storage! Really for the price it’s amazing. I do wish it was a tad bigger but overall I’d recommend! I would also say to those about compatability read all the descriptions and details and contact seller if necessary. This is not a 5g phone.

    I use this phone to test APPS etc so not using it yet for call, texts etc. I used the camera and found it better than my iPhone 12 mini. For pictures like license etc. that needs to be shot from a close distance, this phone worked great providing clarity and resolution in the image. It was very hard to do the same with my iPhone and the Samsung phone picture quality is much better.
