If you’re looking for a simple, wired mouse for daily use, this is a pretty solid option.
Ergonomically friendly for right-handed users (Would not recommend this mouse if you use your mouse on the left-hand side of a desk or surface) The scroll wheel has a nice click and scrolling speed (which you can adjust in your computer settings). The two buttons on the left side of the mouse can also be mapped to certain functions of your choosing. Haven’t had any issues with the mouse “warping” or being unresponsive, even without a mouse pad.

This is the best mouse I have ever used. I use it 99% of the time for productivity work. I barely ever play a game on my PC. I have tried mice from all the top productivity and gaming brands and have never found one I have liked more than this one.

The shape fits my hand perfectly and the metal scroll wheel feels solid.

It was announced a while ago that Microsoft was ending their line of peripherals. Recently, however, news came out that Incase is picking up the brand and continuing it on. This is great news.

Overall, this is my favorite mouse of all time. I have bought several…for work and home.

No package. Scratch of the serial number. Looks like new and feel the same as as my old one. No complaints as compared with the one I ordered from Best buy which has scroll issue.

As an avid-computer user, gamer, and “scroller” as I review documents/spreadsheets all-day for work, I didn’t have the highest expectations that this mouse was going to be perfect for all applications. I am pleasantly surprised that it is near close to everything I could ask for in an ergonomic mouse. It is extremely comfortable, the “click” of the side and top buttons is just right, and has a decent heftiness to it, but by no means is too heavy. I really recommend this if you need a wired mouse that serves the very purpose its name suggests!

This would be more than acceptable at $20, but at $40, it feels overpriced to me.

It lacks the quality of my very old “classic” Microsoft Mouse which it was bought to replace.

Nor is it anything like as good as the bluetooth Surface Precision mouse, whose appearance it emulates.

It feels nice enough in your hand, but the action of the main buttons is noisy and feels cheap.

I very much doubt it will last anything like the eight years that its predecessor did.

Most comfortable mouse I’ve ever used. The thumb rest and back button are perfect for my hand. The scroll wheel feels great, and the scroll acceleration is amazing. The right button seems a bit far forward for my grip, so my muscle memory needs work.

I used to buy Microsoft’s lowest cost optical mice, 3 at a time. Spares, multiple machines, and the like. No more. This is my new best friend.

for something with “ergonomic” right in the product name, this mouse is really pretty standard.if you’re actually having issues with your wrist or hand,as i have been,i seriously doubt this is going to help you very much.don’t get me wrong,it is a very comfortable mouse to use,but it’s really just a slightly better standard mouse, the position of your hand/wrist is still essentially the same.as will be any issues you’re having because of it.that said as a mouse,it does work very well, very smooth and precise as one would expect given the price….the packaging,in typical MS fashion is very nice and the fancy box probably contributes more to the price than anyone would be happy knowing

A classic Microsoft mouse, the old reliable. Really not much to say, it does it’s job great.

By default, the side buttons are mapped to “back/forward” in the browser, which also has some weird behavior in other apps like VSCode. You can reprogram the buttons, but you need to install some special Microsoft software to do so. I was disappointed because I would have assumed Windows would simply come with the feature to reprogram them. Feels very disjointed when it’s all from the same company.

The scroll wheel is great. It’s very fast and feels nice to use. However, it is pretty inconsistent. I don’t know if this is by design or if it was just designed poorly, but the scrolling seems to go from “fast” to “very fast” seemingly for no reason, although I can’t be sure if this is intentional and is trying to speed up my scrolling or not. I feel like I am developing some kind of intuition for when and how this happens, so this makes me think it is somehow intentional. It doesn’t make the mouse unpleasant to use, it’s just a little weird is all.

The protrusion at the bottom left side that acts as a thumb rest is also great. I was honestly a little worried it would just get in the way, but it actually is pleasant to use.
