At first I wa skeptical about this device. I have headache for many years trying to import photos and videos from iPhone to Windows computer to backup the many photos I took. It was a pain and always ended up with errors in Windows. For many years I was looking for a solution to backup photos with ease on iPhone. I even considered switching to Android in the future cos it supports easy file transfer and micro SD card, until Samsung Galaxy S21 also removes micro SD support. How can I backup the photos in the future with these flagships? I had an accident happened before that almost got my photos took in Europe got lost when I dropped my phone. I did quite a lot of search until I found this product. This card reader works flawlessly on Windows 10, Android phone via micro USB, iPhone and iPad. IOS 13 and up has native import and export functionality, so there is no need for a third party app. Anyone who owns a phone should own this, period. It also allows you to charge iPhone while using it. This device is a savior to prevent data lost and also facilitates seemless transfer between devices of all kinds. I have not tested on a phone with USB-C port, but I have no doubt. This thing is very small and light, but it has sturdy construction. I use this device mainly to backup data from iPhone, so far I do not experience much problem yet. iOS has problem loading large amount of files from external devices, so sometimes disconnect can happen if you try to view the files on the card. So it is better to keep the number of files on the card small

I used this device for the first time last night, to back up my numerous song drafts I’ve written for hit songs, plus my other music compositions on an extra Samsung Micro SD card. I’m a songwriter and musician and I wanted to back up all of my material on more than one sd card for fear of what would happen if any of my music compositions got erased accidentally that potentially could be a total disaster! This could potentially be the lost of perhaps thousands, if not even hundreds of thousands dollars potentially in earnings and royalties. This card reader drive did the job perfectly! It also out does whatever card reader drive they offer to borrow at a local library’s computer room. Their readers are usually very crapy in quality and one could risk losing their files during the transferral process, especially if the library is about to close and shut their computers off abruptly! With this card reader you can forget all of that! An IT Technician should have one of these among other equipment. Buy this you won’t be disappointed! This device works and WORKS WELL! Not only are you able to transfer files, photos, even while folders even from an inserted sd card in the reader and burn, move,or copy files on to the SD card in your phone, but you can also do it THE OTHER WAY AROUND that is, transferring or copying files from the SD card on your phone to the SD card inserted into the reader drive.
One note of advice, just make sure you do not move this reader drive that’s plugged into your charger outlet while you are transferring or sending files! Doing so might interfere with the data transferral and thus cause your data to be lost!

It’s great, I have all the music I’ve written on more than one sd card now, thanks to this useful handy tool! Beats using the computers at a local library working within a strict time frame. Plus, it can plug into an outlet for android, i-phone, or the other type of phone charger outlet. Works for all three types of phone charger outlets! Saved you a lot worries!
