well, it’s OK. But you have to be very well educated and how to operate one. It’s not the easiest thing. Thank God, I have a friend who is very smart and technology..

I like this one. I had anither brand before, but this one is fast and shows superior streaming capabilities. As far as I can tell, it is reliable and even on a wifi connection, did not have any issues. Its remote control is decent too.

I just set it up yesterday and so far am very disappointed.
* The interface “looks” interesting and good, but with the remote it is VERY hard to navigate with the supplied remote. It’s often difficult to figure out which icon the focus is on, and it seems like the navigation from one icon to the next is very intermittent. It turns out that there is a “mouse” option on the remote, and I actually kind of like this, as it allows for smoother movement of a pointer, just like a computer, to where you want it. It’s not at all intuitive, though.
* Does not seem to support two of the important apps I installed via Google Play Store
* Yukon TV – this is an app for the local Fairbanks, Alaska cable provider, GCI. It works on all my other Android devices (Lenovo tablet, Samsung phone, Amazon Fire, EVO PRO TV box) but on this device all it does is present me with a blank screen when I try to start it.
* NewsOn – popular app for streaming local news around the US. It, too, works on all of my other Android devices, but on this device, when I try to start it, within a second or two it just goes right back to the My Apps screen.
It seems like a box with potential, and I could likely get used to the mouse like interface, but this inability to support general Android apps is a real show-stopper.

I like the new Main screen display. The menu options are also easily accessible. There are no issues with the picture quality as far as i can tell. I have 3 issues with this product and one is a major deal breaker.
1. You can use a mouse to navigate the menu, but one final step requires the remote. i.e manually setting the date and time. Must use remote to confirm.
2 &3 is relating to speed and security. When i enable my VPN, this box goes from 150 MB/s to 50MB/s. My other box goes from 150 MB/S to 120-140 MB/s. There is also an issue with how it uses my VPN where it displays my ISP. It is more secure for streaming than browsing. This box needs to be more secure.

I like the added storage. Add in another 256 GB sd mini and you’ve got a beast. However it has a few glitches. The App Home displays 2 of certain add-on apps. It is slow to respond. The mouse feature is useful but when down scrolling it often jumps right back to the top of the page. This is a good bargain for the price (once one adds in the coupon). I bought 2 of these boxes and am satisfied they will do what I need them to do. Since Amazon apparently wants to go “Apple” on it’s fans and impose its own OS on us I am getting ready to jump back to the reliable but sometimes quirky Android TV boxes.
