Fast shipping, very well packaged. Easy to install, no driver necessary. Computer recognized the device as soon as it was plugged in. I need it to play DVD’s. It’s slow at tracking when you first insert the disk, but it worked fine and read all the information correctly without any problems or glitches. I would buy it again even if I don’t know of this company. It was cheap fast and more than I expected since it has all the pass through’s for memory devices down the side. The one issue I don’t like is the extremely short connecting wire. If you are using this with a laptop then it’s perfect. If you are connecting it to a desktop like me I would seek out another solution with a longer connection cord.

I purchased this to play a disc and it refuses to give me my disc back! it’s literally stuck inside and the door won’t open. i don’t wanna take it apart cuz i want to send it back but idk if i even want to if i can’t get my disc out. i wasn’t expecting anything high tech, but i did expect it to give me my disc back once done._.

So far it works well!
There is one issue however, but it is not with the product: it is with the delivery… I’ve got standing instructions that deliveries are to be left inside my porch, but for the past while my deliveries have been left on my front steps, for everyone to see.
My concern is theft… Which is can easily happen with deliveries left out in the open like that.

Used for CDs, SD cards, and also tested with USB flash drives. I like the design and haven’t had any issues so far. Easy to pack away the attached USB connector with the slot underneath for travel.

Love that this is a one stop shop with a huh included. Works well. None of computers have disc drives so I have been using it for old CD and DVDs from 10+ years ago. My laptop only has usbC so no connectivity issues. Perfectly priced and easy to use honestly.

ive attempted to use this once since it showed up – it didnt work – that cold be due to an old scratched disc so i wont put failure off on this drive because i cant be sure.
that being said im less than impressed with the tiny ( and i do mean TINY ) built in connector cord.
its barely long enough to plug in and sit on top of my tower! ( not where id optimally want it in most cases )
if you have a different tower with different locations for usbs you may have to rig up a shelf to prop it up….
will i send it back? im on the fence for now
