This works well with my PC Laptop, but I had to download a DVD Player app – Any DVD Player – for free before I could use it. Overall, it works great, no problems.

I was in need of a DVD drive to play recently discovered. Ordered this. It came day after order and was easy to use. Price was very good.

My burner worked fine for several months then the discs it burned were not readable. This discs could not be erased so I lost about 5 discs before I concluded the burner was no longer working. I looked for a way to ask for a replacement but I do not see one.
UPDATE: Seller contacted me to offer a full refund. I will purchase this gain as it’s quite useful for a laptop with no burner.

We use this along with a Roku to stream dvd’s to our tv’s. It works well and is rather quiet. You just hook it up to your laptop and the machine recognizes it right away. The only issue I ran into is needed to install VLC to get some of the DVD’s to play.
