    it opened when I got it, worked (and still works) but now it will not open to get me DVD out. even the little ejector hole isn’t working. So I’m going to have to break it to get the dvd out.

    It’s simply plug and play. Once I plugged it in I was able to easily suck in 4 Paul Simon albums into Apple music. Took just a few minutes. Then I boxed it up and slipped it in a drawer. I’ll be using it inside but I could easily take it and use it in my car or outside while gardening. Great price!

    This product was working great and super smooth. Of course it was only 20 bucks so what can you expect? I was only looking to export images off of 3 Walgreens CDs and put them onto my iMac. It stopped working after the 2nd I ordered another just to get the job done, but I did contact support looking for a refund for the faulty one.

    I absolutely love this so much. I plug it into my MacBook Air and I can put my cds on my laptop and watch movies as well. I also have to add that I love when you aren’t using it you can unplug it and put the cord right back on the bottom. It is a great feature. It’s simple and small. Good to use if you have dvds and cds you wanna watch and listen to. Great for trips as well. I love how compact and light it is. It does what it needs to do and I have no worries.

    I have a 2024 Macbook Air with M3 chip and it works perfectly!!! I was so frustrated that things i owned on DVD aren’t available on any of the 4 streaming services i am subscribed to. I no longer own a dvd player so i had no way to watch them and now i can rewatch all my old favorites in perfect quality from the comfort of my bed!!! 10/10 highly recommended! i plugged it in and it immediately popped up and was able to play!
