Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express (Germany only) or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you we will soon introduce In-store pick up so that you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. Return of Goods

If the item received didn't match as was described, the buyer has the right to return it within 48Hours but should be in it original package as received.

In order for the return item to be accepted, the item shouldn't fall under the following conditions, damaged or show any sign of user damage, Opened package. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the customer cannot be refunded or be replaced.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt provided when purchase in the BITcom Electronics online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be refunded within the terms established by the current legislation

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date from our courier partners.

Please note that the standard delivery time of 2-5 business days are estimates and may vary depending on circumstances like distance, local holidays, and any other courier’s, control. Packages are not shipped nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays and may vary due to other factors outside of BITcom Electronics, and our courier’s, control.

While we always strive to have our orders delivered on time, we acknowledge that the unforeseeable is inevitable. External factors outside of BITcom Electronics' and its courier’s control, such as extreme weather conditions and technical failures, are bound to occasionally cause delays, and we ask for your patience and understanding when they do.

Additionally, please note that during promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

We only deliver packages or  shipments on Mondays to Fridays. We do not deliver on public holidays.

If your order is placed on a Public Holiday it will not be processed and dispatched until the next business day.

During National and State specific public holidays or busy sale periods you may experience a delay in receiving your order.

Our delivery partners may not deliver your order on a public holiday. 

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Yes, we deliver throughout all the States of USA. Just fill in you shipping address and email with order and delivery details including you tracking number will be sent to you.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Yes, that's how our delivery services works. Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date from our partner courier, DHL, UPS and the Rest.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Some packages require a direct signature and you will either have to be at home to sign or Someone at the recipient's address must sign for the delivery. Direct signature deliveries are made to the address on the mailing label, not to an individual recipient. If no one is at the address
